Homes To Let

All properties are let unfurnished, but they do have carpets and curtains fitted. They all either have an oven and hob or an electric cooker fitted, but they do NOT come equipped with a fridge / freezer or a washing machine (they all have plumbing & space for an automatic washer). They all have gas central heating and most of them have an alarm system fitted.

Sorry No DSS or Pets. All properties are no smoking.

 

We require, references (preferably work & current Landlord), proof of current income and credit checks using www.rentchecks.com for which an upfront administration fee of £45.00 is payable (the fee covers up to two credit checks). All properties are let on a six month minimum Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement, which is generally renewable, providing no problems have arisen.  A damage deposit of at least one months rent  is also required, to comply with government legislation all deposits received after 6th April 2007 will be held by www.depositprotection.com

 

All rent figures quoted do NOT include council tax or any utility bills or contents insurance.
