Crossgates is located just off the A64, from either direction you should come to a roundabout, there you should see a row of shops Jenny's fish and chip shop being the most obvious, go down past the shops (Curlew Drive), this takes you onto the Ploughman's View development. Keep going down this entrance road well into the estate, The Pheasantry is on the right hand side, the house is a short way in on the right.

The house is rendered cream in colour, as you look at the pair of house it is the one to the left.
